Support When the Road Feels Uncertain
When you or someone you love is facing a serious illness, the days can feel heavy. Treatments may be long. Symptoms may be exhausting. Additionally, uncertainty can have a subtle negative impact.
In the middle of it all, you deserve to feel heard, supported, and understood.
Palliative care revolves around that.
Palliative care focuses on relieving pain, managing symptoms, and supporting your emotional and spiritual well-being — alongside any treatment you are receiving.
Our Promise
At T.O.N.E. Hospice & Palliative Care, Inc., we strongly believe that when comfort is prioritized, everything works better–even treatment itself.
We do not step away when things become difficult.
We step closer.
Palliative care is not about giving up. It is about improving comfort, protecting dignity, and helping you experience more meaningful moments each day.
Ways we help and support you
Expert Pain & Symptom Management
We can't take away the illness, but we can make the pain, fatigue, nausea, or breathlessness a little easier. We work with your doctors to reduce side effects and help you regain comfort and control in your day-to-day life.
Emotional & Spiritual Care
We know it's not just the body that suffers. Our counselors and chaplains walk with you through the emotional weight and spiritual questions that come with illness.
Family Support & Counseling
Your loved ones are a part of this journey too. We educate, guide, and support them, so they feel stronger, less afraid, and more prepared.
What this means for you
More Comfort. More Clarity.
More meaningful moments with the people who matter most.
When the road feels uncertain, we walk beside you — wholeheartedly.
Who Should Consider Palliative Care?
Palliative care is for anyone living with a serious illness, whether it’s curable, chronic, or uncertain.
People who should especially consider palliative care include:
Those with serious conditions such as cancer, heart failure, COPD, kidney or liver disease, dementia, Parkinson’s disease, ALS, or advanced neurologic illness.
Anyone having significant symptoms (pain, shortness of breath, nausea, fatigue, anxiety, depression, insomnia) that are hard to control with usual care.
Patients with frequent ER visits or hospitalizations, or noticeable decline in function, weight loss, or falls related to illness.
People and families feeling overwhelmed by complex choices, wanting help aligning treatments with their goals and values, or needing extra emotional and spiritual support.
Even if you’re still receiving curative treatment, you can benefit from palliative care.
