That’s why our Bereavement Care is here to walk beside you, even after your loved one’s journey has ended. At TONE Hospice, we understand that grief is not something you “get over.” But something you learn to carry with tenderness over time. You need not go through the pain all alone.
What Bereavement Support Looks Like With TONE

One-on-One Grief Counseling
Sometimes you just need someone to talk to, someone who listens without judgment. Our trained grief counselors provide personal support for individuals or families.
Support Groups & Healing Circles
You are not the only one hurting. In our community-based grief groups, you can share, listen, cry, or simply be surrounded by others who understand.
Children & Teen Grief Support
Young hearts grieve differently. We offer age-appropriate programs and resources for children and teens coping with the loss of a parent, grandparent, or loved one.
Spiritual & Cultural Sensitivity
We honor your beliefs and traditions. Whether you seek spiritual guidance or simply need space to grieve in your own way, our team respects your process.
Ongoing Support for a Year or More
Our connection doesn't end at the funeral. We're here for the long road, offering support for up to 13 months or more after a loved one's passing.
Who Can Receive Bereavement Care?
Our Bereavement Support is open to:
- Families of TONE Hospice patients
- Friends and caregivers who were closely involved
- Community members experiencing a significant loss
